investeren in betere en effici\u00ebntere manieren van werken. Daarom hebben we onlangs een compleet nieuw boorsysteem aangeschaft: <strong>de\u00a0Nanodrill 3004<\/strong>. Deze compacte installatie is ideaal voor gestuurde boringen met een minigraver, bijvoorbeeld bij huisaansluitingen of onderdoor boringen van opritten en wegen.<\/em><\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 0cm; background: white;\"> <\/p><p><strong>Direct aan de slag in Leeuwarden<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 0cm; background: white;\"> <\/p><p>De nieuwe set werd geleverd door\u00a0<a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.kormee.nl\">Kormee Machinery<\/a>\u00a0en op locatie in\u00a0<strong>Leeuwarden<\/strong>\u00a0direct in gebruik genomen. Daar hebben we de eerste boringen gedaan onder begeleiding van een productspecialist. Alles is af- en opgeleverd op locatie: van uitleg tot meedenken en meelopen. De hele set stond snel operationeel. Zo konden we meteen ervaring opdoen \u00e9n het systeem inzetten op een echt project.<\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 0cm; background: white;\"> <\/p><p><strong>Testen, trainen en samenwerken<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 0cm; background: white;\"> <\/p><p>Voordat we de boor in het veld gebruikten, hielden we een test- en trainingsdag in\u00a0<strong>Emmen<\/strong>. Samen met meerdere collega\u2019s kregen we uitleg over de werking van het systeem. We bootsten een werksituatie na, leerden hoe de machine wordt opgestart en hoe je ermee boort. Het was niet alleen leerzaam, maar ook goed voor de teambuilding. Iedereen kon oefenen en vragen stellen, en we sloten de dag af met vertrouwen in de techniek \u00e9n elkaar.<\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 0cm; background: white;\"> <\/p><p><strong>Wat zit er allemaal in de set?<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 0cm; background: white;\"> <\/p><p>De nieuwe boorset bestaat uit meerdere onderdelen die samen zorgen voor een volledige en effici\u00ebnte booropstelling:<\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 0cm; background: white;\"> <\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/nanodrill.com\">Nanodrill 3004<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 een ultra compacte boormachine die gestuurde boringen mogelijk maakt met een minigraver vanaf 1,5 ton. De machine is licht, handzaam en past op een aanhanger.<\/li> <li><strong>MIPO 1005<\/strong>\u00a0met\u00a0<strong>accupakket<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 voor nauwkeurige besturing en draadloze bediening van het systeem.<\/li> <li><strong><a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.kormee.nl\/advertenties\/628058-kormee-sl20bl3-slurpie\">Slurpie tankinstallatie<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 zuigt het boorslib (bentoniet) af tijdens het boren, zodat we schoon en gecontroleerd kunnen werken.<\/li> <li><strong>Bentoniet<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 geleverd door\u00a0<strong><a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/debentonietfabriek.com\">De Bentonietfabriek<\/a><\/strong>, zorgt voor een stabiele boorgang en goede afvoer van de ondergrond.<\/li> <li><strong>Twee aanhangwagens<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 ingericht voor transport van de machine, pomp, tank en alle toebehoren.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"margin-top: 0cm; background: white;\"> <\/p><p><strong>Waarom deze keuze?<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 0cm; background: white;\"> <\/p><p>Deze compacte boorset zorgt ervoor dat we flexibel zijn op locatie. We kunnen snel schakelen, werken nauwkeurig en vermijden onnodige graafwerkzaamheden of schade. Bovendien zijn we niet afhankelijk van grote boorinstallaties, wat tijd en kosten bespaart. En of je het nu \u2018gestuurd boren\u2019 of \u2018gestuurde boring\u2019 noemt: wij doen gewoon allebei, zolang de klus maar goed gebeurt.<\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 0cm; background: white;\"> <\/p><p>We zijn trots op deze uitbreiding van ons materieel. De eerste boringen zijn een feit, dit is nog maar het begin.
